POSITION OVERVIEW

Our growing company needs Call Center Consultants to help us manage the customers’ experience and create sales opportunities when possible. Support customers through the entire sales process, learning customer service and selling methodology as you answer incoming calls. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT IS A CALL CENTER CONSULTANT?

Become a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process. This position will raise customer satisfaction and recognize sales opportunities using state-of-the-art contact center technology. Professionally represent our partners, some of the world’s largest, most recognizable brands. In addition, you will interact with hundreds of customers each week, handling support inquiries and ensuring effective customer service. You will become an all-around asset to the team.

Our entry-level Call Center Consultants are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Resolve customer inquiries, providing the appropriate solutions

  • Improve your customer service and upselling ability daily

  • Support existing client relationships, growing accounts managed

  • Become an ambassador for the large brands we represent

  • Work with managerial team to properly escalate issues

  • Learn our systems and technology to resolve initial interactions

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally. Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.

Other Call Center Consultant Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome

  • Ability to learn customer service software applications

  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Highly reliable

  • Minimum 18 years of age

Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferable, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
