SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Facilities Management or Maintenance Management experience for a multi building complex and knowledge of Federal contracting requirements.

Knowledge and ability to plan, develop, coordinate and execute operational planning for facility and property management programs, within scope, for the Watertown Office complex.

Education can be substituted for experience. However there are no educational requirements for this position.
If you qualifying based solely on education you must have PhD level education in: Engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration.
