Personality Profile .Self-disciplined individual, who can problem solve, collaborate and negotiate with internal customers and external installersJob Summary .Assists Project Management with a variety of duties including the coordination of installations Job Responsibilities .Apply for and obtain permits through local municipalities and/or utilize internal permit resourcesNegotiate and contract with installersCoordinate schedules for installersAdvise Project Manager and Sales Representative of the start and end dates of installationsCoordinate freight with internal productEnsure installers know scope of project to ensure timeliness of installation (site readiness, scheduling, equipment needed, etc.) Ensure timelines are metEnsure installation costs are completed within budgetReview completion photosDevelop strong partner relationships with installers by regionEducation and Experience .High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities .Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookWell organized with excellent attention to detail and timelinesTeam working skillsCustomer and personal service skillsThe ability to communicate well with othersAbility to respond with a sense of urgencyAnalytical ability to problem solve Position Type and Expected Hours of Work .This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Physical Demands .This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
