Mount Marty College Director of Facilities and Operations in Yankton, South Dakota

The Mount Marty College Director of Facilities and Operations will be responsible for creating an outstanding physical environment for Mount Marty students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors. The director will have responsibility for facilities and grounds planning, construction and renovation, along with oversight of facilities operations, custodial services, buildings and grounds maintenance, the campus motor pool, and auxiliary services.i The Director of Facilities and Operations is expected to maintain an up to date operational plan that informs the institutional planning and budget process.Qualifications and Application Instructions The selected individual will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.A bachelor's degree, at least three years of supervisory and management experience, and prior experience involving facilities management including budgetary responsibilities required.MMC is an EEO employer.
